⬩Located in the UNESCO World Heritage Site of the Medina of Sousse, the Medina House is a flagship building of the New Medina initiative. Not only it is the headquarters for our revitalization initiatives, it is also a space for co-living, co-working, and co-building futures.

What used to be a 19th century olive mill that was bombed during WWII and neglected for 3 decades, was reimagined in 2016 as one family’s vision for reconnecting fractured heritage, homeland, and diaspora(s).

  • The traveler’s room brings back the space use design of the 18th century, made for an individual living in a city full of small-width rooms with really high ceilings. The bottom floor hosts a writing, reading, and storage area, while the stairs take you to loft-style sleeping.
